(referred to in these Terms as "Education For All," the "Organization," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of https://edu4allnow.org (the "Site") and any advocacy resources, educational materials, donation tools, or communication channels we operate. By visiting the Site, subscribing to our updates, supporting our work, or otherwise engaging with the Organization through the Site, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you accept them in full, and that you have the legal capacity to do so.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available on the Site, and continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Education For All Legal Advocates Inc. is a corporation that operates as a public-interest advocacy and educational organization. Through the Site, we publish updates, share educational resources, accept supporter sign-ups, and provide channels for individuals and groups to learn about the matters we work on. Although our work often intersects with legal subject matter, the Organization itself does not function as a law firm with respect to visitors to the Site, and use of the Site does not establish an attorney-client relationship of any kind (see the Important Legal Notice below).

Some features may require you to provide accurate registration information and to keep that information current.
The information on the Site, including news updates, links to court filings, summaries of legal proceedings, advocacy resources, and educational materials, is provided strictly for general informational and educational purposes. Contributions made through the Site support the Organization's advocacy, educational, and operational activities. Unless explicitly described as a restricted gift on the page where the contribution is made, donations are unrestricted and may be applied to the Organization's general mission at its discretion. Donations are generally non-refundable; however, if you believe a donation was made in error, you may contact us at the address above and we will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
If you have a question about the tax treatment of a contribution, please consult your tax advisor; we do not provide tax advice through the Site.

Message frequency varies based on Organization activity and your engagement with our work. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

Your mobile information and phone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through our SMS program — including opt-in data and consent records — will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
The Site and its contents — including original written materials, logos, graphics, photographs, layouts, and the overall design — are owned by Education For All Legal Advocates Inc. or our licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial engagement with our mission. Court filings and other public-record documents we publish on the Site may be downloaded and shared for educational and advocacy purposes, provided the source is attributed and the documents are not altered in a way that misrepresents their content.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, RESOURCES, AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDUCATION FOR ALL LEGAL ADVOCATES INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, that errors will be corrected, that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Education For All Legal Advocates Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if the Organization has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent the Organization is found liable for any direct damages, that liability shall be limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount, if any, you have contributed to the Organization through the Site in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Education For All Legal Advocates Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of, and venue in, those courts.
Education For All Legal Advocates Inc. reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated Terms will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to revisit this page periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any policies referenced within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organization regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
