The Values That Guide Our Advocacy
Families First
Every decision we support in the courtroom starts with the family. Parents have a fundamental right to raise their children according to their values — free from government coercion.
Transparency
We publish every press release, court filing, and legal document we produce. The public record belongs to the public — and we make sure it stays that way.
Principled Persistence
Public-interest litigation is a long game. We stay in the fight — documenting, publicizing, and supporting legal challenges — for as long as families need us.

A Movement Takes Root
Education For All Legal Advocates Inc. was founded by parents, educators, and civic advocates who believed that medical freedom and educational access are inseparable rights. The organization formed to provide coordinated legal and public-interest support to families facing government vaccination mandates.

Taking California to Court
In July 2016, E4All supported the landmark challenge to California’s SB 277 — the state’s mandatory vaccination law — filing for a preliminary injunction and drawing national media coverage from the Los Angeles Times, Breitbart, Univision, and The Epoch Times.

A Voice for Families Nationwide
Following the SB 277 case, E4All became a recognized resource for families, journalists, and attorneys navigating vaccine-related legal challenges. Press archives and court filings on edu4allnow.org became primary-source references for researchers and newsrooms across the country.

An Archive the Public Can Trust
E4All expanded its commitment to transparency by systematically archiving court filings, legal briefs, and press statements at stable, linkable URLs — ensuring the documentary record remains accessible to journalists, attorneys, and researchers long after proceedings conclude.

Still Fighting. Still Documenting.
E4All continues to monitor legislation, support public-interest litigation, and maintain a comprehensive archive of vaccine mandate legal challenges. The fight for parental rights and educational freedom is ongoing — and E4All is committed to it for the long term.
A Decade of Advocacy in the Numbers
on Solid Ground
E4All has spent years supporting landmark litigation, building a public archive, and amplifying the voices of families across America. Here’s what that work looks like.
Earned Media Coverage
Our advocacy has earned coverage from major national outlets including the Los Angeles Times, Breitbart, Univision, and The Epoch Times — putting parental rights on the national news agenda.
Public-Interest Cases Supported
From the landmark SB 277 challenge to related parental rights litigation, E4All has stood alongside families in some of the most consequential education law cases in recent memory.
Public Record Documents
Press releases, court filings, and legal briefs archived at stable, publicly accessible URLs — so the documentary record of these cases is never lost to time.
Families Reached
From California to Tennessee, E4All has connected with tens of thousands of families navigating vaccine policy mandates and school enrollment restrictions.
What Families Are Saying About E4All
"E4All gave our family hope when we had none. When California passed SB 277, we didn’t know where to turn. This organization made sure our story — and the legal fight behind it — was heard."
"Every family deserves the right to make this choice."
E4All is the reason I knew my rights. When my son’s school threatened to disenroll him, I had the legal documents to push back. That archive is invaluable.
I’ve followed E4All since 2016. They’ve been consistent, principled, and transparent every step of the way. That’s rare in advocacy.
"This isn’t just about vaccines. It’s about whether parents still have authority over their own children’s lives. E4All understands that — and fights accordingly."

"The fight for parental rights isn’t a fringe cause. It’s a constitutional one. And it doesn’t end until every family has the freedom to make this choice."
