A look back at the 2016 lawsuit that took on California's mandatory vaccination law — and at the legal and journalistic record it left behind for the families who came after.
We Advocate for Families. We Fight for Their Rights in Court.
Education For All Legal Advocates Inc. (E4All) is a Tennessee-based organization dedicated to supporting and publicizing high-profile public-interest litigation on vaccine policy mandates, educational rights, and parental choice — including the landmark 2016 challenge to California's SB 277.
A Growing Network of Advocates
Our supporter network spans journalists, attorneys, parents, and civic advocates who believe that no family should be forced to choose between their children's education and their medical convictions.
We Stand on the Right Side of History
From coordinating legal filings to archiving court records for public access, E4All ensures that the record of this advocacy is preserved, accessible, and impossible to ignore.

Our Mission
Our mission is to support, publicize, and preserve public-interest litigation that protects educational freedom and parental rights. We believe that every parent deserves the right to make informed medical decisions for their children — free from government coercion — and we work to ensure those rights are defended in courts of law.
Our Vision
Our vision is a country where fundamental parental rights are legally protected, where public-interest litigation is accessible and transparent, and where the voices of families are heard in the halls of government and in the courts that govern their lives.

What Supporters Are Saying.
E4All gave our family a voice in a fight that felt impossible. Knowing that attorneys and advocates were working to put our case on record — and that the public could see it — made all the difference.
What Attorneys & Researchers Are Saying.
The public record archive E4All maintains is genuinely valuable. When journalists and legal researchers need primary source documents on these cases, this is where they turn.

A Movement Takes Root
Education For All Legal Advocates Inc. was founded by parents, educators, and civic advocates who believed that medical freedom and educational access are inseparable rights. The organization formed to provide coordinated legal and public-interest support to families facing government vaccination mandates.

Taking California to Court
In July 2016, E4All supported the landmark challenge to California’s SB 277 — the state’s mandatory vaccination law — filing for a preliminary injunction and drawing national media coverage from the Los Angeles Times, Breitbart, Univision, and The Epoch Times.

A Voice for Families Nationwide
Following the SB 277 case, E4All became a recognized resource for families, journalists, and attorneys navigating vaccine-related legal challenges. Press archives and court filings on edu4allnow.org became primary-source references for researchers and newsrooms across the country.

An Archive the Public Can Trust
E4All expanded its commitment to transparency by systematically archiving court filings, legal briefs, and press statements at stable, linkable URLs — ensuring the documentary record remains accessible to journalists, attorneys, and researchers long after proceedings conclude.

Still Fighting. Still Documenting.
E4All continues to monitor legislation, support public-interest litigation, and maintain a comprehensive archive of vaccine mandate legal challenges. The fight for parental rights and educational freedom is ongoing — and E4All is committed to it for the long term.

The Principles That Guide Our Advocacy.
We believe parental rights are foundational. When those rights are threatened by government mandates, the legal system is the appropriate arena to defend them — and E4All is committed to ensuring that arena is accessible.
Every press release, court filing, and legal document we publish is made freely available to the public. Journalists, attorneys, and researchers can access the primary record without barriers.
Public interest litigation is rarely easy. The families and attorneys who bring these cases do so knowing the odds — and E4All exists to amplify their courage and ensure their work isn’t lost to time.
Vaccine mandates, school enrollment restrictions, and limits on parental authority are not historical footnotes — they are active policy battlegrounds. E4All ensures families have organized, documented support in every fight.
Public-interest litigation doesn’t happen without people who believe in it.
Stay Informed on the Issues That Matter.
Court records are public for a reason. We outline why E4All maintains an open archive of filings, press statements, and supporting documents — and how journalists and researchers actually use it.
Mandate fights aren't only federal. We summarize the state legislative and judicial actions worth watching this year — from exemption rollbacks to school enrollment challenges.
From the LA Times to Univision, mainstream and independent coverage doesn't just report on these cases — it shapes how courts, lawmakers, and families understand them. Here's why.
