Education For All Legal Advocates Inc. (E4All) is a Tennessee-based organization dedicated to supporting and publicizing high-profile public-interest litigation on vaccine policy mandates, educational rights, and parental choice — including the landmark 2016 challenge to California's SB 277.

We believe that every parent deserves the right to make informed medical decisions for their children — free from government coercion — and we work to ensure those rights are defended in courts of law.

Our Origins
A Movement Takes Root
Education For All Legal Advocates Inc. was founded by parents, educators, and civic advocates who believed that medical freedom and educational access are inseparable rights. The organization formed to provide coordinated legal and public-interest support to families facing government vaccination mandates.

SB 277 Challenge
Taking California to Court
In July 2016, E4All supported the landmark challenge to California’s SB 277 — the state’s mandatory vaccination law — filing for a preliminary injunction and drawing national media coverage from the Los Angeles Times, Breitbart, Univision, and The Epoch Times.

National Recognition
A Voice for Families Nationwide
Following the SB 277 case, E4All became a recognized resource for families, journalists, and attorneys navigating vaccine-related legal challenges. Press archives and court filings on edu4allnow.org became primary-source references for researchers and newsrooms across the country.
